Everything you need to know before your visit

📋 What's Included

  • Minimum of 10 '"Smashable"' items guaranteed per rage room session (excludes BYO Rage Room)
  • Between 3 & 6 'breakable' items (depending on size of electronics, appliances, etc.) per rage room session (excludes BYO Rage Room)
  • Subject to availability and time constraints, we may allow item swapping during your safety induction
  • Flat screen TVs & Printers are usually available for purchase as add-ons, but not guaranteed
  • Full safety equipment (PPE) provided

⚠️ Safety & Preparation

What to Wear

  • Hard-soled, closed-toe footwear (trainers or boots) - MANDATORY
  • Comfortable clothes suitable for high-intensity physical activity
  • Dress for movement - you'll be smashing and breaking things!

Safety Rules

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is MANDATORY - no exceptions
  • Our PPE goes upto 6XL
  • Maximum of 2 people in the rage room at any time
  • 3 People: Our “Tagger” system allows up to 3 people to be assigned to a Rage Room. 2 people smash in the room while the third tags in and out whenever they like.
  • Minimum age: 8 years old (under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18 who must remain within the building for the entirety of the activity)
  • Follow all staff instructions during your safety induction

Group Size & Room Allocation

We allocate rooms based on your group size to ensure everyone gets the full rage experience:

  • 2-3 People: 1 Rage Room
  • 4-6 People: 2 Rage Rooms
  • 7-9 People: 3 Rage Rooms

Multi-room tagging allowed: Feel free to rotate between rooms and mix up your groups throughout your session!

⚠️ Important

Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in your session being terminated without refund.

📅 Booking Policies

Our No Refund Policy

We operate a strict NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND POLICY.

  • You MUST be 18 or over to make a booking
  • No refunds will be given except if advertised items are unavailable
  • On time is 15 minutes before your activity start time
  • Late arrivals may lose part or all of their activty experience time
  • No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows

Making Changes

  • Booking amendments allowed up to 24 hours before your session
  • Changes subject to availability
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes

🕒 Time is Precious

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking start time for check-in, getting ready and safety briefing.

Late arrivals will still finish at their original end time - we can't extend into other bookings.
