Booking Policies

Before You Book

• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking
• Ensure you have permission from the cardholder to make payment
• Verify all booking details: activity type, number of people, venue, date, and time
• Read and accept our terms and venue rules

Arrival & Check-In

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
• A signed waiver is required before participating
• Safety briefing and induction are included in your session time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeited booking
• ID may be requested at entry

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours minimum notice
• Use our "Amend a Booking" form to reschedule
• No refunds for partial team attendance
• Management has discretion for last-minute changes

Pricing & Discounts

• Prices and promotions may change without notice
• Existing bookings are not eligible for revised pricing
• Discounts do not apply to venue hire or group bookings
• Discounts may be added or removed at any time

Conduct & Safety

• Follow all staff instructions at all times
• Entry may be refused if under the influence of alcohol or substances
• No alcohol or substance use on premises
• CCTV monitoring is in operation throughout the venue
• Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund and potential ban

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be amended without prior notice and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Age Requirements

• Rage Rooms: Minimum age 8+ with height requirement of 1.2m (3'6")
• Axe Throwing: Minimum age 8+ with height requirement of 1.4m (4'6")
• All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• At least one adult (18+) required per team booking

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon full payment
• Liability waiver acceptance is required
• Bookings cannot be resold commercially
• Booking transfers possible with advance notice and management approval

Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 12 months from purchase date
• No cash value or refunds
• Transferable with management approval

Liability & Safety

• Participants engage in activities at their own risk
• We are not responsible for personal belongings or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
• Management reserves the right to stop any experience without refund for safety or conduct reasons
• No compensation for "Force Majeure" events (acts of God, weather, etc.)

• All trademarks and content are property of Rage Out Limited
• No reproduction or distribution without written consent
• Website designed for users 18 and older
• We accept no liability for third-party website links

Company Cancellations

Rage Out reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, we will offer a 100% refund or alternative date.
