Discount Terms & Conditions

• Cardholder Must Be Present: The Blue Light Card holder must be present throughout the entire duration of all booked activities. The discount cannot be used if the cardholder is not participating.
• Valid Card Required: You will need to present your valid Blue Light Card on arrival at the venue, before the start of your activity. We'll verify your card details to confirm eligibility.
• Invalid or Missing Card: If you're unable to show a valid Blue Light Card on request, or if the card is expired or invalid, the 15% discount will be removed from your booking and the full standard price will apply.
• Discount Code Usage: Enter the code BLC15 at checkout when making your online booking. The discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
• One Discount Per Booking: The Blue Light Card discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers. Only one discount code can be used per booking.
• Non-Transferable: This discount is personal to the Blue Light Card holder and cannot be transferred to friends or family members who are not eligible Blue Light Card holders.
• All Activities Included: The 15% discount applies to all our activities including rage rooms and axe throwing sessions booked under the same reservation.
• Booking Modifications: If you need to modify your booking, the discount will remain valid provided all other terms are met. The cardholder must still be present for the rescheduled activity.
