How do I use a Gift Voucher?
  1. Create your booking as if you were paying by debit or credit card.
  2. When you see the payment screen to enter your card details, you'll see a button towards the top of the screen labelled "Pay with a Gift Voucher".
  3. Click that and enter the G number followed by 16 numbers shown underneath your Gift Voucher barcode. G123456-123-123456
Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes! You are welcome to bring cups, plates, glasses etc and bring as many as you can carry. You can also bring electronic items that meet the following guidelines:

  • Requires only 1 person to carry the item
  • Does not contain liquid, gas or aggregates of any kind or amount
  • All batteries have been removed
  • No Big Back (old style) TVs
  • No Microwaves
  • No Power tools
  • No fridges or items that may contain coolant (ice cream makers)

Please bear in mind that we do not have on site parking and the closest public parking is approx. 5 minutes walk away.

Do you have age and height restrictions?

Due to the nature of the experience, our insurance requires the youngest participant for Rage Rooms to be at least 8 years old AND 1.2 meters / 3 feet 9 inches tall and for Axe Throwing to be at least 8 years old AND 1.4 meters / 4 feet 6 inches tall – NO EXCEPTIONS. Some weapons are not available to persons under 18.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are lucky (or unlucky) enough to not look your age, we may ask for ID as proof of age – we suggest those lucky/unlucky people bring a passport.

Can I play my own music in the Rage Rooms?

Each of our Rage Rooms has a speaker that is connected to its own dedicated Spotify account. You can either:

  • Choose from one of our curated playlists
  • Choose an artist you want to hear
  • Bring your own playlist (min. 30 minutes and ensure it is public) and we'll play it into the room for you!

Our rooms currently only support SPOTIFY

Can I take part if I am pregnant?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the rage room experience, we cannot permit anyone that is pregnant to take part. This is for health & safety reasons as there can be an awful lot of debris flying around and … our insurance says so!

Why not book a slot for after the baby has arrived!

Do you offer discounts?

We currently offer a flat rate 15% discount to all valid Blue Light Card holders.

Who's eligible: Emergency services personnel and NHS staff with a valid Blue Light Card

How to use: Use discount code BLC15 at checkout. The cardholder must be present during the booking and have their Blue Light Card available for inspection.

What's included: Discount applies to Duo Rage Room and Axe Throwing activities

Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other promotions. Excludes gift vouchers and group bookings of 9+ people.

Please note: Blue Light Card will not accept our application to be shown on their website, but WE THINK Blue Light Card holders deserve the discount!

Can I modify my booking?

Yes! You can modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

If you need to make changes within the 24-hour window, modifications may still be possible but could incur a surcharge depending on availability.

To request a booking modification, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference.
