1. Arrival & Check-in

Arrive at our venue and check in at reception. We'll get you set up with any final paperwork before your session starts.

2. Safety Briefing

A quick but thorough safety briefing from our trained staff. We'll explain the rules (there aren't many) and answer any questions.

3. Gear Up

Full protective equipment provided — coveralls, helmet with face shield and gloves. Choose your weapon from our selection of sledgehammers, crowbars, frying pans and scaffold tubes.

4. Smash Time

Enter your Rage Room, crank up your music via Spotify, and let loose. Plates, electronics, glassware — it's all fair game. Pure therapeutic destruction.

5. Cool Down

Everything you need to know before you book.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for weekends and group bookings. However, we sometimes have same-day availability during weekdays. Check our booking system for real-time availability.
Can I modify my booking?

Yes — you can easily modify your booking online up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

What you can modify:

  • Add more people (Ragers or Axe Throwers)
  • Change your booking date or time
  • Add notes to your booking

Please note: We cannot remove people or process refunds online due to our no-refunds policy. For these requests, please contact us directly.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We operate a NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY. All bookings are final, and deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

However, you can reschedule your booking free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice. For full details, please see our Booking Policies page.

How many people can go in a Rage Room?

A maximum of 2 people can be inside a Rage Room at any one time.

Here's how room allocation works:

  • 1 person – 1 room
  • 2 people – 1 room
  • 3 people – 1 room (2 inside at a time, 1 waiting to tag in)
  • 4 people – 2 rooms
  • 5–6 people – 2 rooms (4 inside, 1–2 waiting to tag in)
  • 7–9 people – 3 rooms (6 inside, 1–3 waiting to tag in)

Do you have age and height restrictions?

Due to the nature of the experience, our insurance requires the youngest participant for Rage Rooms to be at least 8 years old AND 1.2m (3'11") tall and for Axe Throwing to be at least 8 years old AND 1.4m (4'7") tall – NO EXCEPTIONS. Some weapons are not available to persons under 18.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are lucky (or unlucky) enough to not look your age, we may ask for ID as proof of age — we suggest those lucky/unlucky people bring a passport.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes (trainers are perfect). We provide all safety equipment including coveralls, helmets, face shields and gloves.
Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes. No matter which type of Rage Room booking you have — Bring Your Own (BYO), Rage Room, or Ultimate Rage Room — you are welcome to bring your own smashable items.

You can bring items such as cups, plates, glasses etc., and as many as you can reasonably carry. Electronic items are also permitted, provided they meet the following guidelines:

  • The item must be able to be carried by one person
  • It must not contain any liquid, gas, or aggregates
  • All batteries must be removed
  • No big-back (old style) TVs
  • No microwaves
  • No power tools
  • No fridges or items that may contain coolant (e.g. ice-cream makers)
  • No furniture of any kind

If a member of staff refuses an item for safety reasons and it cannot be used in the Rage Rooms, it must be taken away with you.

Can I play my own music in the Rage Rooms?

Each of our Rage Rooms has a speaker connected to its own dedicated Spotify account. You can either:

  • Choose from one of our curated playlists
  • Choose an artist you want to hear
  • Bring your own playlist (min. 30 minutes and ensure it is public) and we'll play it into the room for you

Our rooms currently only support Spotify.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — gift vouchers are available for all our activities and make the perfect present for birthdays, Christmas or any special occasion. They can be purchased online and are valid for 12 months.
Do you offer discounts?

We currently offer a flat rate 15% discount to all valid Blue Light Card holders.

Who's eligible: Emergency services personnel and NHS staff with a valid Blue Light Card.

How to use: Use discount code BLC15 at checkout. The cardholder must be present during the booking and have their Blue Light Card available for inspection.

What's included: Discount applies to Duo Rage Room and Axe Throwing activities.

Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other promotions. Excludes gift vouchers and group bookings of 9+ people.
